[Archived] - Orders: How to Delete Test and Draft Orders

This article will explain how to delete “test” and “draft” orders from a Workspace. Doing so will automatically find and remove orders that you may no longer need. Only test orders are selected by default, and the option to include “live” draft orders must be toggled manually. If the Workspace only has test or draft orders, and they are all removed, you can change the Workspace currency.

Deleting orders cannot be undone! Live draft orders can represent actual customer orders.

Requirements

  • An active ClickFunnels 2.0 account
  • Test or Draft Orders

Step-by-step Walkthrough

  1. Click on “Settings” from the main menu.

  2. Scroll down to the “Delete test orders” section.

  3. Click the “Delete test & draft orders” button.

  4. Review the orders to be deleted. Optionally, check the box labeled “Include LIVE draft orders”.

    Live draft orders can represent actual customer orders.

  5. When you’re sure you want to delete all of the listed orders, click the “Delete Orders” button.

  6. Click the “Proceed” button to delete the orders.
