Analytics : Total Sales : How to Find More Information

Your dashboard page shows your total sales, but you may need to find more information. Accessible from the Dashboard section of your ClickFunnels account is an analytics tool that can provide you with more information about your sales. This tool can provide data over time, and let you know how your funnels and sites are progressing.

Prior to getting started, you will need to have the following:

• A sales funnel or site created in ClickFunnels

Step by Step Walk Through:

1. On your dashboard, there is a number for total sales generated by sites and funnels on your account:

   

2. To get more information about sales, click on the Analytics tab on the left-hand menu of your screen.

   

3. For An Overview of all of your Sales, select Total Orders.

   

4. You can sort these leads in a number of ways:

5. Using the first drop-down menu along the top of the overview allows you to sort by funnel. This lets you see how individual funnels are performing.

   

6. Using the second field, you can select a date range, to see how your funnel or funnels performed during that range of dates.

   

7. Finally, you can compare the specified date range to another period. This allows you to see how the selected range of performance compares to another range of performance.

   

8. You can find a more in-depth analysis of leads over time by going to the Reporting tab on the left-hand side of the screen.

   

9. In this tab, you can sort sales by Date, by Funnel, or by Product.

   

10. Congratulations! You now know how to use the analytics tools to find more information about your sales over time!
