Billing : Cancel a ClickFunnels Account

Important Note: Cancel your customer's subscription purchases if you wish to stop charging them before canceling your ClickFunnels 2.0 account. Otherwise, they will continue to be charged.

In this article, we will cover how to cancel a ClickFunnels account.

Requirements:

• A ClickFunnels account

Step by Step Walk Through:

1. From within the account settings window, which can be accessed by clicking on the Setting’s gear icon and then clicking on Billing.

   
   
   

2. Go to the subscriptions tab.

   
   
   
3. Click the three dots next to your ClickFunnels subscription order and select Cancel.
   
   
   
4. You will be asked for a reason for cancellation.
   
   Select one from the drop-down menu; as an optional step, you can provide a description. After completing those steps, click on Submit. 
   

5. Congratulations! You now know how to cancel a Clickfunnels account.
