This document explains how to use the Download elements. The download elements allow customers to download files from the customer center page. These elements only work inside a download collection element in the customer center. The download element is a great way to allow your customers to download assets from a product purchase or subscription.

Prior to getting started, you will need to have the following:

• An uploaded file in your My Assets settings (Downloads tab).
• The Download element.
• Grant access to contact(s) who should have access to the download file (asset).

Step by Step Walk Through:

1. Open the page editor of the customer center.
   
   
   
2. Add the download collection element from the download elements section.
   
   
   
3. Insert the download link element into the download collection element. (Optional) Insert the download name and image.
   
   
   
4. Click the save button after adding the elements.
   
   
   
5. Congratulations! You have added the download collection element! Your customers can now download files from your Customer Center.
