In this document we will explore how to set the border color on an Image Element. This can help make a consistent look to your pages and make some images stand out. If you set up a border for an image without specifying a color, it will default to black.
Prior to getting started, you will need to have the following:
- A page
- A section and row on the page
- An image element on the page
Step by Step Walk Through:
- Go to the editor on the page on which you wish to change or set the border color for the Image element.
- Mouse over the image and click on the gear icon.
- Scroll down in the pop-up window until you find the toggle for border. If you have not already done so, turn it on.
- In the border settings, you will see the color setting. Click on it to open it.
- You can now use the color tools to set the border color in the following ways:
- Use the shade chart to select the shade for your border color.
- Use the color slider to select the color for your border color.
- Use the transparency slider to select how transparent or opaque your border color is.
- When satisfied with your changes, click anywhere outside of the pop-up window to close it. Don’t forget to save your changes.
- Congratulations! You have successfully set the border color for the Image element.
