In this article, we will discuss the Custom Input Type. The custom input type can be used to capture custom information like favorite color, favorite dish, etc. It is helpful for collecting customized information from your target audience.

Prior to getting started, you will need to have the following:

• A ClickFunnels 2.0 account.
• An existing page.
• An Input Element added to the page.

Step by Step Walk Through:

1. Open the editor of the page where you want to use the custom input type.
   
   
2. Click the gear icon to open the settings of the input element.
   
   
   
   
3. Click the drop-down menu next to the input type, then select custom type at the bottom of the drop-down menu.
   
   
   
   
4. Assign a nickname, in the custom type field, for the custom type information you want to collect according to your preferences.
   
   
   
   
5. Click the save button at the top-right corner of the editor to complete the changes.
   
   
   
   
6. Congratulations! You now know how to add a custom input type element.
