Orders: How to Update a Subscription Order’s Payment Method as the Workspace Owner

This article explains how to change the payment method for a subscription order. Changing the payment method of a subscription order may be necessary because subscriptions are recurring payments.

Important Note: The steps in this article outlines how to change the payment method as the owner of the workspace (e.g., You are changing the payment method for your customer).


  • An active ClickFunnels 2.0 account
  • An existing subscription order

As The Workspace Owner:

  1. Click orders from the left-hand main menu.

  2. Click the order number or email address to open the order details.

  3. Click the edit icon next to the card number in the payment method card at the right-side of the page to edit the order’s payment method.

Important Note: These steps only changes the payment method of the selected order.
