Page Editor: How to Add a New Element to a Page

This article will provide instructions on how to add a new element to an existing page. Elements can only be added to an existing container, such as a row/column, flex container, or Collection element. If the container is empty, it will show the gray square with a plus sign. Otherwise, you must hover over an existing element and click on the “Add Element” button that appears.

Requirements: 

• An active ClickFunnels 2.0 account
• An existing page
• A section with a row/column, a flex container, or a collection element

Empty Containers:

1. With an empty section/row, flex container, or collection element on the page, hover over the gray square at the center.
   
   
   
2. The square will change to a button labeled Add New Element. Click on it to bring up the Element list.
   
   
   
3. Find the element from the list and click on it to add it to the container you clicked. Or drag and drop the element to where you wish to add it.

Existing Elements:

1. With a section/row, flex container, or collection element that already has another element, hover over one of the elements.
   
   
   
2. A colored border will appear, surrounding the highlighted element. Click on the Add Element button that appears on that border.
   
   
   
3. Find the element from the list and click on it to add it to the container you clicked. Or drag and drop the element to where you wish to add it.
