Element Settings: Truncation Settings

This article will go over the Truncation Settings. When building pages, you might need to add your content in long paragraphs. This setting allows you to cut your text based on the number of lines or characters. That will make your page more readable and easy to follow.

Truncate by:

The Truncate by feature has three options you can choose from.

  1. By default, the option “No” is selected for no truncation.
  2. Select “Line” if you want to cut your text based on the number of lines.

Example. This is what the truncation using three lines looks like.

  1. Select “Character” if you want to cut your text based on the number of characters.

Example. This is what the truncation using 100 characters looks like.
