Requirements
- An active ClickFunnels 2.0 account
Accessing the Contact Profile
Click Customers from the left-hand main menu.
Click on Contacts.
Click the avatar or email address of the contact to open their profile.
Overview
This tab has a high-level view of the contact information, custom attributes, shipping address, and payment methods.
- Contact: This section has the customer’s basic information, like email address, phone number, tags, timezone, and source.
- Custom Attributes: This section has the custom type information collected from elements with a custom type setting.
- Shipping Address: This section has the address of the customer.
- Payment Method: This section has the payment methods of the customer.
Activity
This tab displays the customer’s interactions with your site.
Marketing
This tab displays active workflows, broadcasts and the calendar events registrations the customer is subscribed.
Workflows can be manually triggered for contacts by clicking the Add to Workflow link and completing the following information.
Orders
This tab displays the previous payments and orders of the customer.
Enrollments
This tab displays the courses the customer is enrolled in if they are enrolled in any course. Alternatively, enroll customers using the add enrollment link to enroll customers to an existing course.
Fulfillments/Assets
This tab displays any digital assets that a customer has or lets you grant the customer access to your digital asset.
Manage Contact
Use this setting to manage the information of your customer. Click this link to learn more about managing your contacts.
