Purchase Actions: Grant Access to your Assets Manually

In most cases, a customer will be able to download your files from your Customer Center by buying a product. However, if you need to give access to your files without involving the purchase action, you can always enable that access manually.

Requirements:

• An Active ClickFunnels 2.0 Account
• An Asset Added to the Download Section
• A Contact

Grant Access Manually:

1. Reach your Contact’s full profile.
2. Click on the Fullfilments/Assets tab.
   
   
   
3. Click on Grant Digital Asset.
   
   
   
4. Select an asset from the drop-down menu and click Create granted asset.

How to Access Your Asset:

Once you give access to your Asset, your customers will be able to download it.

Important note: In order for your customers to see the Assets, you need to have the Download Collection Element added to your Customer Center.
