Universal Element: How to Manage Universal Blocks

Modified on Thu, 25 Jan at 7:10 PM

This article will cover How to Manage Universal Block elements from the ClickFunnels page editor. Universal Blocks are Page Sections or Page Rows that, once saved as Universal, will appear the same on all pages with the Universal Block. Learning to manage Universal Blocks saves you time while creating universal sections, like footers or headers, for your sites or funnels.

Requirements:

  • An active ClickFunnels 2.0 account

  • A ClickFunnels page

Table of Contents:

Save a New Universal Block:

You can save any Section or Row as a Universal Block and use it on other pages:

  1. Hover an existing Row or Section and click under the Save button from the floating menu.

  2. From the floating “Save row” menu, add a Name to your Universal Block under the “Row Name” or “Section Name” input field, depending on the type of block you are saving.

  3. Select or create a Folder by typing a name under the Folder input field. If you leave this field empty, it will add your Universal Block to the root folder.

  4. Check the Universal toggle to save it as a Universal Block.

  5. Click under the Save row button.

  6. This will save your Section or Row as Universal and now can be added to other pages. Once added, you can hover over this block, which should be highlighted in purple to indicate it’s a Universal Block.
