Opportunities: How to Manage Pipeline Stages

This article focuses on adding, editing, and deleting Stages to the Pipelines feature from the Opportunities section in ClickFunnels. Pipeline Stages function as lanes where you can place your Opportunity deals, facilitating the seamless progression of sales prospects and ensuring optimal efficiency. Pipelines provide an invaluable means to monitor your potential customers’ progress within the purchase process, enabling strategic interventions to propel them toward conversion.

Requirements

• An active ClickFunnels 2.0 account

Accessing Pipeline Stages

1. From the Opportunities dashboard, select the Pipeline you want to edit.
   

2. Click the three dots menu, and click on Edit this Pipeline.
   

3. A new tab will display information about the pipeline, its stages, and close probability.

Add or Edit Pipeline Stages

1. Click + Add Stage to add a new blank Stage to your Pipeline.
   

2. Type the name of the new Stage and add a percentage number to set the close probability.
   

3. Click on Save to update the new information.

Delete Pipeline Stages

1. Click the trashcan icon (Remove stage) on the right of the Stage element you want to delete.
   

2. Click the Save button to confirm the deletion of the Stage.
