# Creating and Managing a Theme in ClickFunnels

Imagine you need a website for your business, a blog page to share insights, a storefront to sell products, and an online course for your students. A theme in ClickFunnels simplifies this by providing a collection of template pages for all of these needs. Themes include templates for your site, courses, storefront, blogs, and more, offering a unified and professional design. In this article, you will learn how to create, manage, and customize themes in ClickFunnels. [Embedded content](https://www.youtube.com/embed/Uh-C64H31y8)

## Requirements

- An active ClickFunnels account

## What is a Theme

A theme in ClickFunnels is a pre-designed collection of template pages that define your entire workspace's look, feel, and structure. Themes allow you to:

- **Streamline Design:** Quickly set up consistent designs across your site, store, blog, and more.
- **Save Time:** Use ready-made templates instead of building pages from scratch.
- **Maintain Cohesion:** Ensure all your pages reflect your brand’s style and identity.

Themes are ideal for businesses that want a cohesive online presence across multiple platforms, such as Sites, Courses, Stores, Blogs, and other customer-facing applications.

---

## Adding a New Theme

1. From your ClickFunnels dashboard, navigate to **Workspace Settings**.
2. Select the **Themes** option.
3. On the Themes page, click the **Add New Theme** button. ![](https://cdn.document360.io/e3762771-4bea-47c2-a830-5473d543417a/Images/Documentation/image(824).png)
4. Browse through the themes that are available through ClickFunnels in the Theme Marketplace.
5. Select a theme that suits your needs and click **Install** to add it to your workspace.
6. The new theme will appear on your list and is ready for customization and activation.

## Customizing Theme Page Templates

Each theme includes pre-set page templates, such as a Home Page, Product Page, Blog Page, and more. These templates can be customized to align with your brand’s unique requirements.

To customize a page template, follow these steps:

1. From the Themes list, click the **Customize Page Templates** icon for the desired theme. ![](https://cdn.document360.io/e3762771-4bea-47c2-a830-5473d543417a/Images/Documentation/image(825).png)
2. Make adjustments to individual page templates (e.g., Site Home Page, Store Front, Customer Center, etc.) as needed.
3. Click **Save** in the page editor to save your changes.

For a detailed guide on customizing Theme Template Pages, refer to the article [Customizing a Theme in ClickFunnels](/v1/docs/customizing-a-theme-in-clickfunnels).

## Theme Settings

Access a theme’s settings by clicking the **Gear** ⚙️ icon next to the theme’s name. ![](https://cdn.document360.io/e3762771-4bea-47c2-a830-5473d543417a/Images/Documentation/image(826).png) Within the settings, you can configure the following:

#### Custom Name

Provide a custom name for your theme to make it easily identifiable.

#### Styles

When you create a new theme, a style guide with pre-configured styles is automatically generated. You can select this style guide or create a new one to match your branding and styling preferences. This allows precise control over the theme’s visual presentation, including fonts, colors, and layouts. To create a new Style Guide, navigate to the **Workspace Settings » Styles**.

Learn more about Style Guide in the article [Getting Started with Styles](/v1/docs/getting-started-with-styles).

#### Advanced Settings

In the Advanced Settings section, ClickFunnels allows you to override the default template pages for the theme. Each newly created theme comes with a set of template pages. You can replace these with custom pages created in other ClickFunnels apps. For example:

- To set a landing page as your site’s Home Page, create one in the **Landing Page** app and select it in the **Home Template Page** field.
- Configure template pages for Blogs, Products, Storefront, and more to align with your unique requirements.

#### Sharing

Themes can be shared with other ClickFunnels users or with individuals who wish to use them for their business. Sharing options include: ![](https://cdn.document360.io/e3762771-4bea-47c2-a830-5473d543417a/Images/Documentation/image(829).png)

1. **Availability:** Set the theme as shareable to create a link for sharing, or choose disabled if you wish to deactivate the shared link.
2. **Name:** Add a name of the theme for identification.
3. **Author:** Insert your name or the name of the company sharing this theme.
4. **Reshare:** Choose whether recipients can share the theme further.
5. **Public Affiliate Name:** If the person receiving this doesn’t have a ClickFunnels account yet, sharing your template can earn you affiliate commissions if they register using your link. Include a name that indicates who is providing this theme.
6. **Affiliate Code:** Select a usable affiliate code as a ClickFunnels affiliate. You can generate an affiliate code as a ClickFunnels affiliate within the affiliate dashboard. Learn more about affiliate code in the article [CF Affiliate - How to Create a Custom Affiliate Code](/v1/docs/cf-affiliate-how-to-create-a-custom-affiliate-code).

**To share a theme:**

1. Click the **Create** **Shared Theme** button.
2. A shared link will be generated in the Sharing section.
3. Copy the Sharing URL and share with the recipients to import them into their ClickFunnels account.
