Organizing conversations efficiently is key for providing excellent customer support. In MessageHub, you can use advanced filters to group conversations and save them as folders for quick access. These folders help you organize specific types of conversations, such as unresolved tickets, messages assigned to a team, or conversations with particular labels. With saved filters, you can focus on important tasks and improve efficiency.
