# MessageHub Integrations: OpenAI

This article will review the **OpenAI Integration** that can be connected to MessageHub. OpenAI is an artificial inteligence application designed to generate reply suggestions and correct grammar, among other things. Using AI helps you to provide more personalized support and enhance customer satisfaction.

## Requirements

- An active ClickFunnels account
- The [MessageHub](/v1/docs/getting-started-with-messagehub) App

## Get your OpenAI Key:

1. Visit the [API Keys section](https://platform.openai.com/account/api-keys) of your OpenAI account.

## Integrate OpenAI and MessageHub:

1. From MessageHub, click on **Chat Settings**, then **Chat Integrations.**

3. Click on **Connect.**

5. After clicking on **Create**, your OpenAI integration will be completed.

## How to use AI Assist:

1. Reply Suggestion.
2. Fix spelling or grammar.
3. Expand or shorten your draft reply.
4. Change the message tone to friendly or formal.
5. Simplify complex messages.
6. Summarize longer replies.
