# Overview of the Contacts Page

The **Contacts** page helps you keep track of your customers and their details. You’ll find everything you need, like names, email addresses, subscription statuses, and revenue generated. It’s where you can filter, sort, and organize your list to quickly find the right contacts or take action.

## **Accessing the Contacts Page**

To access the Contacts page:

1. From the left-hand menu, click **Customers**.
2. Select **Contacts**.

You’ll see a table with a list of all your contacts, along with key information displayed in columns.

## **Navigating the Contacts Page**

### **Tabs**

- **All**: Displays the complete list of contacts.
- **Subscribed**: Shows contacts with a valid email address who are actively subscribed to your pages.
- **Unsubscribed**: Displays contacts who have opted out of receiving emails.

### **Actions**

The **Actions** menu on the Contacts page provides a way to view and manage specific activities related to your contacts. Here’s an overview of each option:![](https://cdn.document360.io/e3762771-4bea-47c2-a830-5473d543417a/Images/Documentation/image(654).png)

1. **Imports** View ongoing and completed imports of contact lists uploaded via CSV files.
  - To upload new contacts, click the **New Import** button at the top-right corner.
  - Click **Details** to see the progress, uploaded files, and field mapping for each import.
  - If no longer needed, click **Dismiss** to remove the import record from the list.

2. **Exports** Review completed export actions for your contact data.
  - Click **Details** to access a breakdown of the export.
  - Download the export file or click **Dismiss** to delete the export record from the list.

3. **Other Actions** Explore additional activities that have been performed on your contacts:

For any of these actions:
  - **Enrollments**: View actions where contacts were assigned to courses or programs. Details include targets, course IDs, and progress.
  - **Tagging**: See tagging actions applied to one or more contacts, including tag details and counts.
  - **Workflows**: Review automated processes run on selected contacts, such as follow-ups or notifications.
  - **Deletions**: Track contact deletions that have occurred in your list.
  - Click **Details** for a summary, including progress, creator, and completion time.
  - If necessary, click **Dismiss to** remove an action to cancel the process.

### **Add Contact**

Use the **Add Contact** button to manually add new contacts to your workspace. This is ideal for when you need to input contact details individually. For detailed instructions, check out the [How to Manage Contacts](/v1/docs/contacts-how-to-manage-contacts) article.

### **Search Bar**

### **Filter**

Use the **Filter** button to refine your contact list based on attributes like:

- **Contact details** (email address, name, tags).
- **Contact activity** (last updated, viewed product page, enrolled in a course).

1. Click **Filter**.

3. Apply the rules and criteria.
4. Click **Apply** to display the results.

### **Sort By**

1. Click the **Sort by** dropdown.
2. Choose from options like **LTV**, **Date Added**, or **Last Updated**.

### **Contacts Table**

- **Contact**: Displays the contact’s name and email address.
- **Tags**: Assigned tags for organizing your contacts.
- **Status**: Indicates the contact’s current status:
  - **Subscribed:** The contact has a valid email address and is subscribed to your pages.
  - **Unsubscribed:** The contact has opted out of receiving emails.
  - **Undeliverable:** Emails sent to this contact have bounced.
- **LTV (Lifetime Value)**: Total revenue generated by the contact.
- **Date Added**: The date when the contact was created.
- **Last Updated**: The most recent update made to the contact.
- **MessageHub**: Access messaging options or notes.
- **Modify Columns**: Customize which columns are displayed in the table.
